I live a pretty lean existence except when it comes to a few things. I have been told that I perhaps have a fishing pole problem. I tend to hoard candy canes and eat them daily. I also have 65 pets.
I have around 15 fishing poles in my garage, five tackle boxes, two fly fishing poles, waders, a kayak, and a float tube. I have tried to let some of it go, but then I go fishing and don’t have what I need. It never fails, as soon as I donate something, a family member or friend needs to borrow a fishing pole. I kind of feel like they are my babies, probably a little unhealthy.
I absolutely love candy canes. I actually am going to go get some after I write this. Peppermint is a natural throat lozenge and yes they taste fantastic. I have made a habit out of going to clearance Christmas sales and stocking up for the time between holidays. Sometimes my students catch me eating them and laugh. My family has accepted I am a candy cane addict and they still love me, even my dog Panda.
We have quite the menagerie of pets at our house. This one is not entirely my fault because my girlfriend runs a veterinary hospital and has a big heart for animals. In addition to our 65 pets: 2 dogs, 2 cats, 2 reptiles, and 59 or so fish we also foster kitties and puppies from time to time.
Anyway, I suppose that is some of the clutter in my life, hope you enjoyed reading. What are some of the things that clutter your life? Likes, follows, and shares always appreciated! Check out some of my recent posts, if you have a moment!
