I love starting my day with a fruit smoothie. Smoothies are a great way to get your body going in the morning, wake up your mind, and protect yourself from sickness.
Smoothies can be loaded up with all kinds of different stuff. Right now I am currently hooked on my “Straight Outta Fall Break” strawberry banana peach smoothie.
Straight Outta Fall Break Smoothie
1/2 cup strawberries
one scoop protein powder (preferably plant based)
1/4 cup “POM” pomegranate juice
1/4 cup of mango juice
1/4 cup of peach flavored juice
Variations of the Straight Outta Fall Break Smoothie
Add basically anything else because it is smoothie, except kale, kale very bad….very bad…
Sometimes I mix it up with different fruits, maybe mangoes or grapes, or pineapple. It is amazing how different a smoothie can taste with just minor adjustments.
I also put in some “C4” Pre-Workout mix if I am working out that morning for some extra pep in my step…
