If you really want to fix inequality….

If you want to fix the inequality in this country, this is something that needs to be addressed.  After WWII, the top 10% of earners paid 45% tax, most doing so proudly realizing that money would be used to build a strong nation.  Now the elites in general want all taxes cut, minimum wage cut, workers rights cut….they actively attack and run out politicians who dare float this idea.  Not to mention, the amount of wealth they have gives them far more power and influence than the average person.  Who really needs $50 billion a year?  Tax the rich, tax the corporations, us that money to build up the economies of minority communities, improve policing, give health care to all and we could see true social justice.  Until the economic issues are dealt with we will just go back to how things were once the protesting dies out
